The noble chestnut Vitaggio, premium stallion at the 2024 Westphalian licensing in Münster-Handorf, presents himself in a noble silhouette. Charm, nobility, a lot of stallion expression and a basic gait arrangement that is not seen every day in this quality, put him at the top of a strong year group. His sire Vitalis was reserve winner of the NRW licensing in 2009 and placed at the World Championships for young dressage horses in Verden in 2012 and 2013. In 2016 he was named „Stallion of the Year“ at the World Championships for Young Horses in Ermelo (NED) and winner of the Nuremberg Burg Cup final in Frankfurt. To date, he has produced around 50 licensed sons in Germany, including the Westphalian champion stallion in 2016, Valverde, as well as several premium stallions and national champions. The dam Diva de Luxe has already produced the licensed stallion Elastic (by Escolar), who was Westphalian Champion of three-year-old riding horse stallions and Vice Federal Champion in 2022, and several successful sport horses. Dam’s sire Dimaggio was world champion of five-year-old dressage horses and victorious up to Inter I. Of his more than 80 offspring who have been successful in S-dressage, Vice World Champion Half Moon Delphi/Michael Eilberg (GBR) and above all Duke of Britain, who was in the German championship squad with Frederic Wandres for a long time, are probably the best known offspring. He also produced 31 licensed sons. The grandmother Alina also produced a licensed stallion in Dynasty VDL (by Dimaggio, PB NL). Wolkentanz II is one of the most sought-after and most hereditary Weltmeyer sons in the third generation. The fourth generation includes the Dutchman Corde, who had an incredible record with several international Grand Prix horses in just two breeding seasons. The Oldenburg line 1/Adia II also produced licensed stallions such as Argo Contini (privately owned Mecklenburg), Chacco’s Rubin DSF (privately owned CAN), Colandor (privately owned Oldbg.), Freddie Mercury (state stallion Dillenburg), Lord Calador and the internationally highly proven Contango (privately owned Oldbg., NL, USA, stallion performance test winner) as well as the successful dressage horse Dana 307/Sabine Egbers.
